The photography…I could spend a year in Cuba it has so much to offer and visually it’s beautiful. I tried to make the most of my time and because this was my second trip to Cuba I didn’t need to have the camera glued to me for fear of missing something. I tried to focus more on our trip to Havana and wanted to capture some of the everyday scenes from city life there. You will see a number of my photographs are in black and white this time. This is because I had to take quite a few of them from the tour bus window but also because the only frame of reference I have for some of the photos is from old 1950’s black and white imagery. Take a look and I think you’ll see what I mean.
